Sunrise on the beach in Mazatlán

Mazatlan

Mazatlán is located on Mexico’s Pacific coast, just across from the southernmost tip of Baja California. This popular honeymoon destination is also Mexico's most important fishing port. Its biggest exports are shrimp and tuna. Tourists and locals catch about 15,000 sailfish and marlin each year. Most honeymoon couples hang out on a two mile / three kilometer stretch of beach lined with amazing resorts, which provide them with countless options to fill their honeymoon. Mazatlán’s water sports, tours to nearby islands and towns, championship golf, tennis, fine restaurants, lively bars and discos keep honeymooners busy. Mazatlán is a great beach honeymoon destination and suits couples on a budget as its prices are more affordable than other Pacific coast destinations.
