• Certified Travel Counselor (CTC)

  The CTC designation has represented the pinnacle of travel industry professionalism for more than forty years and is designed for seasoned travel professionals. The agent must have completed the CTA and have a minimum of 5 years experience.

• Master Cruise Counselor (MCC)

  This certification is highest award a travel agent can receive from CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association). The candidate must complete all of the requirements for ACC as well as additional cruise experience and ship inspections. They must demonstrate the ability to apply the skills learned from previous training.
