I just returned from a wonderful vacation and exploration of a truly fabulous destination. Imagine seeing all of the capitals of Scandinavia, the fairy tale town of Tallinn, the historic city of Gdansk, along with the jewel in the crown, St Petersburg, Russia! It was one of our best vacations and included lots of sightseeing and immersive experiences. The Hermitage in St Petersburg is truly the #1 museum in the world, and it's difficult to decide which to pay more attention to--the art in the building or the palaces themselves! Scandinavia is fascinating and the midnight sun is thrilling! Princess' Emerald Princess is a sheer delight; while on board, they have several port lecturers and authors to provide the necessary background data. It's a trip not to be missed.
