Grand Lido Braco truly has the feel of a Jamaican village. The Caribbean street party I attended this past Friday night was amazing. I felt welcomed in immediately by the warmth of the hospitality and the mood of the softly lit trees. The drinks were flowing and the food fresh with Caribbean flavor and spices. Soon after the dance party began and went long enough into the night to keep everyone sweatily satisfied. With plenty of water sports, five restaurants, two freshwater pools, five jacuzzis and a private "au natural" beach should you be so inclined, this resort has activities enough and yet a laid back relaxed feel to it. Rooms are currently going through a complete bathroom renovation which will serve to improve upon the only minor dissatisfaction with this otherwise great property.
