El Sol
El Sol is Maroma's formal dining restaurant, which is located in a seperate dining room offering dramatic ocean views and a collection of the finest wines in the world.

El Restaurante
El Restaurante, hand built by Mayan masons, reflects the homemade hospitality of Maroma with Mexican artwork and original oils. Renowned for its breakfast, El Restaurante offers all day dining.

Cilantro
Cilantro is the newly renovated Spa Cuisine restaurant in a lush tropical setting by our exclusive pool.

Freddy's Tequila and Ceviche Bar
Beverage service is available on the beach from 9 am until 9 pm daily. Light meals available at the bar from 11.30 am to 5 pm.

The Bar
The bar is located in the main building and is open daily from 5 pm until 10:30 pm.

K’aaK - Friday Evenings
On Friday evenings our guests can enjoy K’aak, the Mayan word for fire. It is the theme of our Fiesta del Fuego, with special beach parrillada and bonefires, featuring delicious fresh seafood, steaks and whole suckling pig. Our fire dancers and Mexican trio are the entertainment for this magical evening.
